Addendum No. 2

Crack Seal Repair and Striping Work at Possum Kingdom Airport, Graford, Texas

RFB No. 24-1325

It is the responsibility of the Respondent to assure and guarantee by acknowledging the receipt of this Addendum in the Bid that the Respondent has received the Addendum in its entirety, and that the Respondent accepts all conditions contained herein.

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

Q1: Is there a copy of the Appendix A-RFB NO. 24-1325 available that is clear.

The image online and that came with the RFB booklet are both out of focus.

A1: A high-resolution photo file of the drawing in Appendix A was emailed.

Q2: Based on the addendum sent, striping is no longer part of the bid? Please clarify.

A2: Striping work is still part of the bid. Since the striping work is not based on linear feet, those columns are not applicable to the striping portion of the work to be performed.

You’ll still need to provide a bid for the striping work, just no bid entry for the linear feet references.

Q3: Is there by any chance a virtual option for the pre-bid on Wed, Oct. 18th?

A3: The meeting is mandatory for in-person attendance, so attendees are presented the opportunity to view the work area and confirm measurements for their bid.

Regards, Allison Sheeler, CTCD Purchasing Agent
