About this file

This document is an Addendum #1 issued by the Office of Procurement Services at Texas Tech University for RFP 2023-1053 Athletics Game Day Merchandiser. The addendum provides responses to questions from proposers regarding the scope of work, including whether companies from outside the USA can apply, the frequency of in-person meetings, the ability to perform tasks outside the USA, and the submission of proposals via email. It also provides details on the square footage of retail and storage locations, the possibility of carryover inventory, the current athletics merchandise agreement, the number of retail locations at various sporting events, the availability of power and data at the retail locations, and the responsibilities for staffing, parking, and utilities.

The addendum does not require any specific pricing terms or set-asides. It indicates that there are no existing discounts or gift cards, and that the current athletics merchandise agreement with Under Armour ends on June 30, 2024. The addendum also provides some historical sales data for the retail locations, but does not include any information on funding requirements or sources.
