This document is a solicitation issued by the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) for the operation and management of a multi-use facility to provide various rehabilitation treatment services. The facility will house inmates for the Substance Abuse Felony Punishment Facility (SAFPF) Special Needs Treatment Programs, Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) Recovery Program, Intermediate Sanction Facility (ISF) Substance Use Treatment Program (SUTP), and ISF Cognitive Intervention Program (CIP). The solicitation outlines the specific duties and obligations for the contractor, including training, staffing, services, and compliance with TDCJ policies and procedures.
