About this file
Summary: Supporting Documents for SSC A/E Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Agreement Pool - Roofing Design
This file comprises supporting documents related to a Texas State and Local Contract Opportunity (GovTribe ID: 6adf188b6278be8b4e01b6c9) for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Agreement Pool focused on Architectural and Engineering (A/E) services for roofing design. The contract opportunity is administered through what appears to be a state procurement consortium or cooperative purchasing arrangement. The documents support the establishment of a qualified contractor pool for roofing design services, allowing multiple firms to be prequalified for on-call work. Specific details regarding the scope of work, project descriptions, quantities of anticipated roofing design projects, key dates for bidder submissions, site visits, bidders' conferences, award determinations, and the contract term with any renewal provisions would be contained within this binder of supporting materials.
The supporting documents address the administrative and technical requirements necessary for firms to qualify for inclusion in the roofing design services IDIQ pool. These materials likely include pricing structures, qualifications and experience requirements, insurance and bonding specifications, and any applicable set-asides or small business preferences. The documentation establishes the evaluation criteria and procedures for selecting contractors to join the available pool, ensuring that only qualified firms capable of delivering roofing design services are approved for subsequent task orders and work assignments under the indefinite quantity agreement structure.
