About this file
This document is an Execution of Proposal exhibit for a Cable Television Services procurement in Texas, specifically RFP 300-26-07176. The solicitation seeks cable television services, including pay-per-view services, for the requesting entity. The exhibit serves as the formal proposal submission document that bidders must complete and execute to respond to the RFP. Bidders are required to acknowledge receipt of all addenda, certifications regarding their proposal submission, and authorization by an authorized representative of their organization. The document establishes the procedural requirements for proposal execution, including signature authority and attestation of compliance with solicitation requirements. Specific response deadlines, award dates, and contract term details are referenced within the broader RFP documents but are not explicitly detailed in this exhibit alone.
The Execution of Proposal exhibit emphasizes compliance and authorization requirements for responding vendors. Bidders must certify that their proposal is submitted in accordance with all terms and conditions of the RFP, acknowledge all issued addenda, and provide authorized signatures with titles and dates. This exhibit functions as a critical administrative component of the proposal submission process, ensuring that only authorized representatives submit proposals on behalf of their organizations and that all submissions comply with stated procurement requirements. Additional details regarding pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent status, and funding sources would be contained in the primary RFP documents and other related solicitation materials.
