The disclosure of Social Security numbers is required by Section 231.006(c) and Section 231.302(c)(2) of the Texas Family Code. This certification requirement is a standard compliance measure for state contract opportunities in Texas and does not directly address pricing, funding sources, or service specifications but rather establishes the legal eligibility framework for contract award and payment authorization.
