About this file
This is an Execution of Bid form for Invitation for Bid (IFB) No. 3202600204 issued by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TWC) for Cable Television Services. The form serves as the official bidding document that requires interested vendors to complete bidder information, acknowledge receipt of all IFB terms and conditions, and provide authorized signatures confirming their commitment to deliver the requested services and comply with all contractual obligations. Bidders must provide complete contact information for both the bid point of contact and the contract point of contact, including name, mailing address, billing address, phone number, fax number, and email address. Additionally, bidders are required to furnish their Employer Identification Number (EIN) and Texas Identification Number (TIN) prior to contract award.
The form requires bidders to acknowledge obligations regarding subcontractors as detailed in IFB Form 3 (VetHUB Subcontracting Plan) and mandates notification to TWC of any substantial changes in financial condition, ownership or control, or pending litigation within specified timeframes (10 days for financial changes, 30 days for ownership changes, and 30 days' advance notice for litigation). The document includes multiple preference claim options available to Texas bidders, including preferences for service-disabled veteran-owned businesses, Texas-produced goods and services, agricultural products, environmentally sensitive materials, recycled products, and vendors meeting air quality standards. Bidders must certify their eligibility for any claimed preferences and ensure all required documentation is submitted as part of their bid response.
