About this file

This Addendum #1, dated August 5, 2026, modifies the Bid Documents for RFP No. 721-26004 issued by The University of Texas at Austin for Holiday Lighting Installation, Maintenance & Strike Services for the Longhorn Lights project. The addendum provides clarifications on project specifications, including that light strands per tree average between 30 to 50 strands, with installation heights ranging approximately 20 to 28 feet depending on individual tree sizes. The project includes replacement strand availability and power management infrastructure at each tree location. Prospective bidders are directed to reference the Twinkly Pro product guides for additional specifications regarding the number of lights per strand and total strands required for the scope of work.

The addendum confirms that power outlets are available at each tree installation location, eliminating concerns regarding electrical infrastructure for the lighting installation. No pricing terms, set-asides, award dates, contract term information, or funding sources are specified in this addendum document, as it serves solely to address bidder questions and clarify technical specifications for the project scope.
