About this file

This is a Fee Schedule Attachment for RFP 2026-P17 Investment Advisor, issued by Hays County, Texas, detailing compensation structures for investment advisory services. Respondents must propose a compensation methodology based on an assumed $80 million in managed assets and provide all additional costs that could be billed to the County. The RFP requires proposers to submit three fee structure options: a flat annual rate covering all services, an asset-based fee structure expressed in basis points with tiered pricing for different portfolio asset levels ($0-$25 million, $25-$50 million, $50-$75 million, $75-$100 million, and over $100 million), and hourly rates or per-visit charges. Respondents must also list any additional services, items, or external fees not covered by the primary fee structures.

Pricing proposals must include all applicable overhead, profit, lodging, meals, and transportation costs within the hourly labor rates. The County reserves the right to select the fee structure that best serves its interests. Respondents may propose optional pricing increases for renewal terms in Years 2-4, with specified annual percentage caps. The submission requires authorized signatures and declarations from company officers affirming their authority to execute the contract, compliance with RFP requirements, understanding of the scope of work, and that the bid has not been prepared in collusion with other bidders.
