About this file
This is a pricing schedule document for the El Paso Vault Door Replacement project (TMD26-CFMO-0045489), issued by the Texas Facilities Commission (TMD) under building construction and doors and windows classifications. The project encompasses five primary work items: demolition, opening modifications, new vault door installation, lock installation, and testing. Each item is priced on a lump-sum basis with a total base bid representing a not-to-exceed amount. The contractor is responsible for completing all work as a turnkey project within a specified number of calendar days following issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The pricing schedule serves as the basis for bid evaluation and payment purposes only, with the final cost allocation at the contractor's discretion provided all deliverables are completed per contract requirements.
Award of the contract will be determined by selecting the most responsive and responsible bidder submitting the lowest price based on the base bid and any awarded options. TMD will apply best value analysis as directed by Texas Government Code Section 2155.074 when making the award decision. Contract award is contingent upon the availability of state and/or federal funding. TMD reserves the right to award all, none, or any sequence of bid alternates based on fund availability. Bidders are required to identify any pricing assumptions related to deliverable amounts or pricing conditions in the designated assumptions table.
