About this file

This is a Solid Waste Reporting Form issued by the Texas Military Department, Texas Army National Guard, for use during construction projects. The form requires contractors to report solid waste disposal and diversion data during specified reporting periods. Contractors must document two key metrics: the total solid waste disposed of during the reporting period (measured in tons with precision levels as provided by the vendor contracted by the General Contractor) and the total solid waste diverted from landfills during the same period (also measured in tons to vendor-specified precision). The form references Army Regulations 420-1 and 200-1 for definitions of solid waste, disposed of, and diverted from terms. Contractors must provide their firm name, typed name of the signatory, signature, and date to submit complete pay applications.

The form serves as a mandatory documentation requirement for payment applications and allows for reporting on multiple projects. Contractors are required to obtain waste disposal and diversion data directly from their contracted receiving vendors to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting. This reporting mechanism supports environmental compliance and sustainability tracking for Texas Military Department projects, requiring contractors to maintain detailed waste management records throughout the project duration.
