2.3 Deliverable 3 – Anticipated Video Production Services
Overview: The College anticipates the potential need for professional video production services to support institutional marketing, communications, and recruitment efforts. While internal capacity is being developed through employee training, external vendor support may be required for projects that involve increased scope, complexity, specialized expertise, or accelerated timelines.
To ensure consistency in evaluation and to support future planning, respondents are required to provide estimated pricing for a defined set of anticipated video production projects. These projects represent common video needs of the College and are intended to establish baseline cost ranges across vendors.
The list below outlines the anticipated video types and project categories for which respondents must provide pricing, including associated assumptions related to scope, production level, and deliverables. Respondents should use this information to develop standardized cost estimates that reflect their typical approach to similar projects.
Note: Inclusion of these anticipated projects does not guarantee the award of any specific project or a minimum volume of work. Actual services may change throughout the contract period depending on college needs.
