About this file
This is an Exceptions Schedule template document for the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) related to Solicitation No. 601320000068289. The document serves as a standardized form that respondents must use to declare any exceptions or deviations from the terms, conditions, or specifications outlined in the solicitation. Respondents are required to complete all applicable fields for each exception taken, provide the document name and page reference, cite the specific solicitation reference (such as paragraph, section, or line item), and supply proposed alternative language for TxDOT's review and consideration. If no exceptions are being taken, respondents must indicate this by marking an "X" in the designated yellow-highlighted box on the form.
The document includes detailed purchaser instructions for preparation, including requirements to save the file using proper naming conventions, protect the worksheet with the password "PROLOCK," and delete the instructions sheet prior to posting with the solicitation. The Exceptions Schedule provides 20 numbered rows for respondents to document their exceptions, with columns for document name, page number, solicitation reference, and proposed language. This form ensures that all deviations from solicitation requirements are formally documented and clearly communicated to TxDOT for evaluation during the bid review process.
