The contractor is responsible for identifying approved disposal facilities for bridge materials containing creosote and treated lumber, with disposal facility confirmation required by the GLO. Environmental and permitting requirements, including TCEQ and USACE Section 404 compliance, are addressed in Section 2.2.4 of the RFP document. Minimum insurance requirements are specified in Section 7.2, and the anticipated contract duration and completion timeframe are outlined in Section 2.3 of the RFP document. Contractors must acknowledge receipt of Addendum No. 2 with their solicitation response to receive consideration.
