This document is a demographic census spreadsheet containing benefit-eligible employee data for a Self-Insured Employee Group Medical Plan Administration contract opportunity in Texas. The file lists individual employee records with demographic information including zip codes, ages, employment status (full-time or part-time), and employee/retiree classification. The dataset comprises approximately 10,000 records representing employees distributed across Texas and various other geographic locations, with ages ranging from 19 to 92 years old. The spreadsheet appears to serve as a baseline census document for establishing the eligible population covered under the medical plan administration contract, providing the foundation for benefit calculations, premium determinations, and plan administration services.

The data indicates that the employee population is predominantly full-time employees designated with status "A," though a significant portion maintains part-time status. The geographic distribution is heavily concentrated in Texas zip codes, with notable clusters in areas such as 77801, 77840, 77845, 78412, and 78414, suggesting the plan covers employees in multiple Texas regions. The presence of international locations (Qatar, Ghana, Kenya) and out-of-state zip codes indicates the plan may cover employees with geographically dispersed work assignments. This census data would be essential for bidders responding to the medical plan administration solicitation to accurately project administrative costs, establish claims-processing baselines, and determine staffing requirements for plan management services.
