About this file

This file is a Texas Family Code Schedule document, which appears to be a reference guide or appendix related to state contracting opportunities in Texas. The document outlines the relevant statutory provisions and family law regulations under the Texas Family Code that may apply to state and local contract opportunities. The schedule serves as a compliance and reference tool for contract administration and bid evaluation processes within the state of Texas.

This document functions as a regulatory framework document rather than a specific contract opportunity announcement. It does not contain pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent information, or specific funding amounts. Instead, it provides the legal and statutory foundation necessary for understanding obligations, procedures, and requirements that may be incorporated into Texas state and local contracts. The schedule is essential for ensuring that contract opportunities comply with Texas Family Code requirements and applicable state regulations.
