COVID 19 Supplemental Bidding Information

Due to the COVID 19 social distancing requirements SSC has selected to perform all Bid openings via WebEx meetings.

There will not be an in person opening of the documents. In order to conduct these bid openings in WebEx meetings it is necessary that we host bid openings one (1) hour after the final submission of Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) plans, Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP), Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR), Request For Qualifications (RFQ), Design Build (DB) or Request for Proposal (RFP) documents.

To enable all participants to join the WebEx meeting we are requiring each bidder to add an email address to the outside of your envelopes for HUB plans, CSP, CMAR, RFQ, DB or RFP documents. This is the email that an invitation will be sent to invite all bidders to join the WebEx meeting.
