About this file

This document consists of submission instructions issued by the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) for respondents participating in a state and local contract opportunity. The instructions establish the procedural requirements for submitting responses through the Euna Procurement (Bonfire) portal at https://tdcj.bonfirehub.com, which requires vendor registration and compatible browser support. Respondents must submit all documentation electronically before the posted due date and time, with submissions becoming final and irrevocable upon the deadline; no amendments or corrections are permitted after the deadline. All inquiries regarding solicitation specifications must be submitted through the electronic bid system by the specified deadline, and respondents are responsible for monitoring the system for any posted amendments to the solicitation.

The instructions emphasize that respondents should allow at least one business day for uploading large files, given potential delays based on file size and internet connectivity. Technical support is available through Euna Procurement's support team at support.bonfire@eunasolutions.com or their vendor knowledgebase. Respondents are advised to verify successful submission by confirming a "Submission Complete" status and reviewing all uploaded documents before the close date, as no modifications are possible thereafter. The submission process places full responsibility on the respondent to ensure all response documents arrive successfully and on time, regardless of any technical or organizational constraints.

Submission Instructions and Information

1. Submissions must be submitted electronically via the Euna Procurement (Bonfire) portal.

Respondents must register at https://tdcj.bonfirehub.com to access the portal, which supports Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox with JavaScript and cookies enabled.

Submissions must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized before the posted due date. Uploading large files may take time, depending on the size and internet speed, so it is strongly recommended that vendors allow at least one business day to complete the process.

2. Any requests or questions for additional information pertaining to the solicitation specifications shall be submitted through the electronic bid system. Requests or questions must be submitted by dates indicated on the solicitation.

3. All amendments will be issued via Public Notice on the electronic bid system. It is the respondent's responsibility to obtain any amendment that pertains to a solicitation. Please check regularly for any posted amendments.

4. If a respondent requests to withdraw a response, the respondent may resubmit, or submit a new response, up until the advertised due date and time. All responses in the possession of the TDCJ at the due date and time shall be deemed final, conclusive, and irrevocable, and no proposal shall be subject to amendment or correction after the due date and time for submission.

Submission

It is recommended that once you have completed your final submission and received a notice status of “Submission Complete” from Euna Procurement, you access your account again and review the documents to verify that the correct content has been provided. Once the close date has passed, you will not have an opportunity to change any of the submitted documents.

All responses must be SUCCESSFULLY submitted before the due date and time regardless of your organization's ability to submit responses online. It is the respondent's sole responsibility to ensure that response documents successfully arrive before the due date and time.
