About this file
This document is a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document for Request for Proposal (RFP) 2509-001 issued by Central Health, the Travis County Hospital District. The FAQ provides clarification on various aspects of the solicitation, including incumbent vendor information, proposal submission requirements, and general procurement guidelines. Central Health does not disclose the specific budget for the solicitation and requests that proposers submit their own rates and proposed budgets.
Key details include the current incumbent vendor being One Digital, and Central Health's practice of requiring a Good Faith Effort for MBE/WBE participation. Proposers are instructed to submit proposals via the BidNet platform, with alternative in-person drop-off arrangements possible. Resumes and additional content count against the page limit, and both HUB-certified and non-HUB vendors are eligible to participate. Awards are generally made around the proposal expiration date, and all proposers will be formally notified of the solicitation status once a determination is made.
