The historical spend for similar services was $2.6 million for the period September 2022 through August 2025, though HHSC provides no guarantee of volume or compensation. The solicitation includes Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) subcontracting plan requirements, as subcontracting opportunities are deemed probable.
