About this file

This document is a Pricing Schedule (Attachment G.4) for the Texas Military Department (TMD) soliciting a historic window restoration project at Camp Mabry Military Base. The procurement covers labor, materials, and equipment for window restoration, classified under service categories including restoration and preservation of historic objects, doors and windows, and wood window installation and repair services. The solicitation indicates a single job (quantity of 1) with the contractor expected to complete the project within a specified number of days after receiving the purchase order. The award will be made to the most responsive, responsible bidder offering the lowest price, with TMD reserving the right to award all, none, or any sequence of bid alternates based on fund availability.

The pricing document includes provisions that the contract award is contingent upon state and/or federal funding availability, with the final selection guided by Texas Government Code § 2155.074 to ensure best value for the state. The document provides a table for bidders to outline any pricing assumptions or conditions, allowing flexibility in bid submission. While the specific price is not filled in, the document suggests that bidders should provide a comprehensive pricing structure that accounts for all aspects of the historic window restoration project at Camp Mabry. The solicitation emphasizes a competitive bidding process that prioritizes both cost-effectiveness and project quality.
