The contractor must provide detailed inspection reports within five business days, coordinate closely with hospital maintenance staff, and be prepared to make same-day repairs as requested.

The SOW includes specific requirements for warranty coverage, with the contractor required to provide full 12-month warranty on all repairs and replacements, or match the manufacturer's warranty if longer. Equipment, parts, and materials must be new, in current production, and without defects. The contractor is responsible for replacing any damaged ceiling tiles during work and must provide comprehensive documentation for each service and repair, including service ticket numbers, device details, inspection dates, technician information, location specifics, and detailed test results. The contract appears to be structured to ensure comprehensive, high-quality maintenance of the hospital's critical fire safety infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on adherence to safety standards and thorough documentation.
