About this file

This document is a Section 4 Proposal Pricing Form for a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by BC (organization not fully specified). The document provides guidelines for proposal submission, including a 20-page limit for the proposal (excluding cover letter and appendices), with a two-page maximum cover letter. Vendors are instructed to use the provided form for price proposals and can attach additional pages to clarify requirements defined in Section 3.

The pricing form requests vendors to specify set-up fees, inbound call center support costs (per call and per minute), and disclose whether pricing will remain firm for the full contract term, including renewal periods. If pricing is not fixed, vendors must indicate the potential percentage increase and frequency of anticipated price adjustments. The form is designed to capture detailed pricing information for all services, allowing vendors to provide transparent and comprehensive cost structures for the proposed contract.
