About this file
This document is a Section 3 Proposal Requirements file for a call center service solicitation for a community college, likely Brazosport College (BC) in Texas. The proposal seeks a comprehensive call center service to manage inbound calls for a college with approximately 4,000 students per semester, with capacity to handle 15% volume increases during peak periods of December-January and July-September. The call center must integrate with the Anthology Student Information System and provide services including staffing, training, quality assurance, technology capabilities, reporting, and secure data management.
The proposal requires detailed submissions covering multiple aspects, including company background, staffing approach, technology capabilities, pricing structure, and references from at least three higher education clients, preferably Texas community colleges. Key requirements include demonstrating expertise in financial aid processes, FERPA compliance, customer service training, system integration, and robust data security practices that meet Texas Department of Information Resources (TX-RAMP) standards. The vendor must provide comprehensive documentation on staff evaluation, system access, PII management, data security, and potential home-based agent protocols. Pricing is expected to be structured as flat rate, per-call, or hybrid, with emphasis on operational effectiveness, reporting capabilities, and seamless communication with college staff.
