About this file
This document is a Respondent Questionnaire and Evaluation Criteria for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Flooring Job Order Contracting (JOC) Services Request for Proposal (RFP 25JOC3800) for the Main Campus (CAM) by a university. The RFP seeks comprehensive flooring services with a focus on evaluating potential contractors across five key criteria: service capabilities, additional value-added services, technical approach, management approach, and safety record. Respondents are required to provide detailed information about their company, including business history, operational capabilities, financial stability, and experience with similar higher education institutional contracts.
The evaluation will award a maximum of 100 points (20 points per criterion), with emphasis on the contractor's ability to provide rapid response, manage complex project environments, maintain high safety standards, and offer competitive pricing and service approaches. Key evaluation areas include bonding capacity, service support philosophy, quality assurance programs, subcontractor selection processes, response times, organizational structure, corporate experience, and comprehensive safety metrics such as OSHA recordable case rates and worker's compensation experience modification rates. The solicitation appears designed to select a highly qualified flooring services contractor capable of handling diverse and potentially complex job order contracts within a university setting.
