About this file
This is Addendum 2 to ITB 721-25037 for cameras issued by The University of Texas at Austin on January 10, 2025. The addendum modifies the original proposal documents dated January 2, 2025, specifically updating Section 6.2 regarding two camera specifications. The first camera is an Imenco OE14-522IP-14045 HD IP PATZ 4500M TIT DBH13MTI Connector with 4.5KM range, color HDTV Pan & Tilt 10x zoom, 1080P resolution, <150ms latency, and 4500msw titanium housing (Quantity 1). The second is an Imenco SubVIS Orca 30x Zoom IP HD Camera DBCR2013M with 30x zoom capability, 1080p@60fps, SubConn DBCR2013M connection, and 6000msw titanium housing (Quantity 2).
The key modification in this addendum adds the Imenco brand name specification to both camera models and includes a new requirement that both cameras must have "no non-volatile memory." Both cameras maintain their original HTS Code of 8525.80.3050, with the second camera specified as having Country of Origin (CoOR) Norway. No pricing terms or other financial details are included in this addendum.
