About this file
This is a cleaning services scope of work document detailing the day and evening cleaning service expectations for PCPF Property Management Buildings. The document outlines comprehensive cleaning requirements across various facility types including laboratories, offices, conference rooms, study facilities, healthcare facilities, and common areas like elevators, escalators, and stairways. The scope includes daily tasks such as trash removal, restroom maintenance, floor care, dusting, and special cleaning for biohazard materials, with services divided into daytime (starting 5:00 p.m.) and evening shifts. The document establishes three levels of cleaning standards (Level 1 being highest, Level 3 being lowest) for each type of space.
The document details specific cleaning requirements for different space types, including expectations for hard surface floors, carpets, walls, fixtures, and specialized areas like healthcare facilities and laboratories. It includes protocols for handling biohazard waste, sharps containers, and terminal cleaning procedures. Notable requirements include English language proficiency for day workers, specialized cleaning for laboratory and healthcare spaces, and detailed cleaning frequencies (daily, 2x weekly, and weekly tasks). The document emphasizes maintaining high cleanliness standards particularly in healthcare areas where CDC checklist compliance for high-touch areas is required.
