About this file
This is Addendum No. 1 to RFP 739-SL3652458 issued by Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC) for Pulse Magazine Print Services. The addendum provides responses to seven vendor questions regarding specifications for the magazine, which requires printing 48 pages plus cover. The total print quantity is 55,000 copies per issue, with approximately 35,000 copies being mailed and the remainder distributed internally through the Pulse office. Physical dimensions of 8-3/8x10-7/8 or 8 1/2" x 10 7/8" are acceptable alternatives to the original 8.5x11 specification.
The addendum clarifies that vendors can obtain a physical sample copy either by mail or in person from Room 325 of the University Center in Lubbock, TX, by contacting Danette or Michael. TTUHSC will provide a mail list with each issue to enable vendors to conduct postal analysis and determine actual postage costs. The mailing quantity will vary by issue as graduates are added annually. No pricing information or budget details are included in this addendum.
