About this file
This is Addendum No. 1 to RFP 739-SL3652458 issued by Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC) for Pulse Magazine Print Services. The document provides responses to seven vendor questions regarding specifications for the magazine, which is 48 pages plus cover with a print quantity of 55,000 copies. The magazine will accept a slightly smaller size than 8.5x11, with 8-3/8x10-7/8 being acceptable for press optimization. Of the total print quantity, approximately 35,000 copies will be mailed, with the number varying as graduates are added annually. The remaining copies will be sent to the Pulse office for internal distribution.
The addendum clarifies that vendors can obtain a physical sample copy either by mail or in person from Room 325 of the University Center in Lubbock, TX. TTUHSC will provide a mailing list with each issue to allow vendors to conduct postal analysis for accurate postage cost calculations. While pricing details are not included in this addendum, it focuses on technical specifications and distribution requirements that vendors will need to consider in their proposal responses.
