About this file

This document is an Invitation for Bids (IFB) issued by the San Jacinto Community College District (SJCCD) for Residential Plumbing Trainers. SJCCD is seeking bids from qualified firms to provide three specific residential plumbing training modules: Hampden H-RBPT-1 Residential Bathroom Plumbing Trainer, Hampden H-RWHT-7 Residential Water Heaters Trainer, and Hampden H-WHCT-9 Water Heater Controls Trainer. The bid submission deadline is October 29, 2024, and the contract award is expected in December/January. SJCCD is a public community college district in Texas and is tax-exempt.

The IFB outlines pricing requirements, which include listing prices for the three training modules and any additional costs not included in the line item pricing. SJCCD does not give preference to historically underutilized or small businesses but requires the successful contractor to track and report any subcontractor utilization and their supplier diversity classification. Bidders must submit a Business Questionnaire, Conflict of Interest Form, Proof of Insurance, and a Federal Vendor Certification Form. Exceptions to the terms and conditions can be submitted as an optional attachment.
