About this file
This document is an Amendment 3 to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) issued by Central Health, a public healthcare district in Austin, Texas, for Commissioning Services Firms for Public Works Projects. The amendment revises the requirements for staff resumes, specifying that the firm must provide resumes of at least two professionals who hold licenses or certifications in the prime discipline for which the firm wishes to be evaluated and who will be primarily responsible for the identified work. These licenses must be from the state of Texas, and the certifications must be nationally recognized, such as Certified Commissioning Professional (CCP) or LEED AP with Specialty certification. The prime point of contact for Central Health must be based within a locally accessible office, meaning any county adjacent to Travis County.
The related state and local contract opportunity seeks to pre-qualify interested Commissioning Services firms for small to mid-sized projects on Central Health's existing and planned properties throughout Travis County, Austin, Texas.
