About this file
This document is an amendment to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) issued by Central Health, a healthcare district in Travis County, Texas, for Commissioning Services Firms for Public Works Projects. The amendment revises the requirements for staff qualifications, specifying that at least two of the firm's professionals must hold licenses or certifications in the prime discipline for which the firm wishes to be evaluated and who will be primarily responsible for the work. These certifications must be nationally recognized, such as Certified Commissioning Professional (CCP) or LEED AP with Specialty certification, and the prime point of contact must be based within a locally accessible office.
The RFQ is seeking to pre-qualify interested Commissioning Services firms for small to mid-sized projects on Central Health's existing and planned properties throughout Travis County and the City of Austin, Texas. The successful firms will be required to provide the necessary services for these public works projects.
