About this file

This document contains questions and answers related to an RFP for mental telehealth services issued by Texas A&M University-Commerce (TAMUC). The RFP seeks proposals to establish telehealth services for the community of Hunt County, with a budget of $1.7 million. TAMUC is open to proposals for a telehealth-only solution that does not include physical sites, and the contractor would be responsible for handling enrollment for community members not associated with the university. The anticipated total number of lives to be served is approximately 100,000, and an HUB Subcontracting Plan is required if subcontractors will be used.

The RFP indicates that TAMUC has received federal grant funding for this initiative. Pricing terms, set-asides, and other salient information are not explicitly provided in the document. However, the RFP appears to be an open competition, with TAMUC seeking innovative telehealth solutions to serve the broader Hunt County community.
