About this file

This document is an Addendum to a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by Midwestern State University (MSU) in Texas for Digital Marketing Services, Contract 735-2024-8241. The RFP seeks digital marketing services including media planning, purchasing, and management as well as creative development and production. The contract has an estimated annual budget of $175,000 to $200,000. While MSU provided some background information, many specifics regarding the project scope, goals, and performance metrics were not available. The RFP indicates that vendor proposals will be evaluated primarily on pricing (70%) as well as other factors such as qualifications and approach. Vendors are asked to provide pricing information, though the RFP notes challenges in doing so without additional planning parameters. MSU is open to vendors outside of the immediate Fort Wichita Falls area and is interested in exploring additional tactics beyond the required media, pending budget. The RFP includes a HUB Subcontracting Plan requirement for bids over $100,000.
