About this file

This document is an Addendum to a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by Midwestern State University in Texas for Digital Marketing Services. The RFP seeks an agency to provide digital marketing services, including ad creation (but not video), implementation, reporting, and campaign management. The services are an ongoing program, not a new initiative. The RFP has a budget range of $175,000 - $200,000 per year, and respondents are required to keep their proposal submissions concise, not exceeding 50 pages. The University prefers a vendor with knowledge of Texas metro areas. The selected vendor will be responsible for all implementation services, and the award will be made to a single vendor, not multiple awardees.

In terms of pricing, respondents are required to provide itemized pricing for all services, including hourly rates for each role. The University will evaluate price as 70% of the scoring criteria. The RFP also provides details on the target audiences, which include traditional high school students, adults returning to school, parents of high school students, and the general community, with a focus on Texas residents. The University has conducted prior research related to its marketing goals and currently uses third-party vendors, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager for its marketing efforts.
