Questions and Answers
1. Item #4 under the Technical Specifications notes that batteries whose labeling does not reflect a 12-month warranty will be replaced immediately. Our labels do not state the warranty on the label but our invoices do. Would a sticker that is handwritten with the warranty and then placed on the battery qualify?
No. Handwritten stickers will not be allowed. However, printed stickers will be allowed as long as they are professional looking, clearly state the batteries are warranted for one -year and have all the other relative and pertinent information on them including manufacturer’s date if applicable.
2. The descriptions note Stud Type SAE. Stud typically means threaded post and SAE indicates automotive post. Can you clarify which one you are needing?
All Stud Type SAE posts are to be the standard automotive posts. Only the batteries that specifically state “THREADED” are to have threaded posts.
