About this file
This document is an Addendum to Invitation for Bid (IFB) No. 304T-24-801A3.2 issued by the Statewide Procurement Division (SPD), a division of the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts, for the purchase of Aluminum Sign Blanks. The Addendum changes the response due date from July 24, 2024 to August 1, 2024 and provides answers to two questions from potential bidders. The first question concerns difficulties downloading the Mandatory Price Sheet, and the second question seeks confirmation that this is a one-time purchase and not a contract. The Addendum clarifies that this solicitation is to establish a contract for the purchase of Aluminum Sign Blanks, with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice identified as a major customer.
The Addendum indicates that the solicitation is not necessarily for a one-time purchase, and refers bidders to the quantities clause in Part A, Section A.7.6. It also provides instructions for opening and completing the Mandatory Price Sheet. Respondents must acknowledge receipt of this Addendum and include it with their response, or they may be disqualified.
