| TextField32: 1.The second item requested is a slide out delivery unit with dr and asst instruments. The last item requested is a dental cabinet from Midmark but there are no descriptions of what you want on the cabinet. It does mention a pivoting work station. There is not a way to have a pivoting work station and the slide out delivery on the same cabinet. Are there two cabinets? Please let me know the configuration of the TS4380 and I can complete that line! Also let me know if the slide out unit goes on a different cabinet. Lastly, the amalgam separator can be mounted to the P3 vacuum tank and it looks a lot better than hanging it on a wall somewhere, should I add that to the quote as well? |
“There is no pivoting work surface. That is an old error in the system for the description of the TS4380 cabinet. They will just have the cabinet with the slide out unit. Just as pictured in the attached drawing.”
2. On Exhibit A, 12. Texas Bidder. Our company is registered in the state of Kansas but I am 40% owner and live in Texas. Are we qualified to bid on this contract? YES 3.Solicitation Exhibit B section 5.A. Do we, GRADER Logistics, have written approval to delegate the performance of the duties under the contract? We will be partnering with a subcontractor with this submission.
As long as contractors/vendors are compliant with the state of Texas, linked attached.
