About this file
This document is an Addendum for Invitation for Bid (IFB) 802-24-47284, issued by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD). The IFB is seeking bids for scanning services to digitize approximately 740 historic damage control plates and blueprints located at the Battleship TEXAS State Historic Site in La Porte, Harris County, Texas. The addendum provides questions and answers, including confirmation that 300 DPI resolution is sufficient for the JPEG files, and provides an example of the required file level inventory sheet. The bid submission deadline is April 24, 2024 at 2:00 pm CT.
The contract resulting from this IFB will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. No additional pricing details, set-asides, or funding information is provided in the addendum. Respondents are required to acknowledge receipt of this addendum as part of their bid submission.

1. Do we know what the DPI for the JPGS requirement is? Answer: For the DPI, we only need this files for research, not for publishing or anything else that would require a higher resolution, so I believe 300 DPI should be sufficient
2. Can we see an example of what the file level inventory sheet looks like and is it electronic?
Answer: See Exhibit B
