See Division 1 specifications for descriptions of work restrictions. All local regulations apply. The Sunken Courtyard is part of the
Promenade work.
98 Please clarify if Fee should include PM costs or if it should only include Overhead and Profit.
Per the Agreement, the Fee is a fixed amount for all indirect costs, including General Conditions and Profit.
The paragraph states "If the proposed final ECW is less than the target ECW, the GMP shall be reduced accordingly." What will occur if the final ECW is greater than the target ECW?
If the final ECW is greater than the ECW original and the scope of the
GMP has not changed, the amount of potential shared savings decreases. The GMP is fixed unless there is a change under the terms and conditions of the contract.
