About this file

Equipment Availability Exhibit Summary

This Equipment Availability Exhibit is a mandatory attachment for the County of Orange, California's Request for Proposals for Rental Haul Trucks with Operator. The exhibit is designed to document respondents' fleet capacity across nine equipment categories: 10-wheel dump trucks, super tens, 20-yard end dumps, 4K water trucks, 2K water trucks, mechanical street sweepers, vacuum street sweepers, roll-off trucks, and tractor trailers with walking floors—all with operators included. Respondents must demonstrate a minimum fleet capacity of thirty (30) trucks to meet compliance requirements. The exhibit allows respondents to categorize their available equipment as owned, leased, brokered/subcontracted, or combinations thereof, and respondents are encouraged to list additional equipment types beyond the nine standard categories to provide a comprehensive view of their total fleet capacity. Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted by Friday, June 19, 2026, before 2:00 pm, and all proposals must be submitted electronically through the County's eProcurement Portal.

Failure to submit a completed Equipment Availability Exhibit will result in the proposal being deemed non-responsive. The exhibit requires respondents to identify subcontractor or brokerage partner names for any equipment sourced through those arrangements, ensuring transparency regarding the origin of leased and brokered fleet resources. No specific pricing information, set-asides, funding amounts, or contract term details are contained within this exhibit; rather, it serves as a qualification and capacity verification tool as part of the overall written proposal submission requirements.
