About this file

This document is a professional rate schedule instruction guide for EMG (Emergency Management Group) personnel providing services to Michigan state and local agencies. The instructions establish standardized billing procedures and rate structures for emergency professional services, with particular application to emergency demolition projects such as the residential demolition work at 16196 W Parkway. The document outlines the methodology for calculating labor costs, equipment charges, and material expenses that contractors and service providers must follow when submitting invoices for reimbursement under emergency service contracts. The rate schedule is designed to ensure consistent, transparent pricing across multiple jurisdictions and projects while maintaining compliance with state procurement standards and emergency management protocols.

The rate schedule instructions specify the acceptable cost categories, billing increments, and documentation requirements necessary for processing payments related to emergency services. The document establishes guidelines for distinguishing between different service classifications, overhead allocation procedures, and conditions under which rates apply. These instructions serve as the authoritative reference for both government entities and contracting firms to ensure accurate cost estimation, proposal development, and invoice reconciliation for emergency residential demolition and related emergency management services contracted through Michigan state and local jurisdictions.
