About this file

This document provides professional rate schedule instructions for EMG (likely Emergency Management or similar governmental entity) in Michigan related to an emergency residential demolition project at 321 Campbell, Buildings 101 and 102. The instructions establish guidelines for contractors submitting professional service rates and appear to govern how pricing proposals should be structured and submitted for emergency demolition work. The document outlines the framework for rate development and submission procedures that contractors must follow when bidding on this residential demolition emergency services contract.

The rate schedule instructions detail the methodology contractors must use to calculate and present their professional fees, including labor rates, overhead allocations, and other cost components relevant to demolition services. The instructions likely specify how contractors should categorize different types of work, define billing units, and justify their pricing structures to ensure transparency and consistency across all bids received. These instructions serve as the standard reference document that all prospective bidders must follow to ensure their proposals are responsive and properly formatted for evaluation by the Michigan jurisdiction managing this emergency residential demolition project.
