About this file

This is an instruction document for completing the Emergency Professional Rate Schedule for the City of Detroit's Emergency Residential Demolition project at 13130 Maiden in Michigan. Respondents are required to submit detailed unit rates for two primary service categories: Demolition (including administration, supervisor, laborer, equipment, regulated and non-regulated material trucking, and asbestos-containing material and construction debris disposal) and Backfill, Grade, and Site Finalization (including administration, supervisor, laborer, equipment, backfill material, and topfill material). All highlighted cells in the Professional Rate Schedule must be completed with corresponding dollar values per unit type, with respondents instructed to reference the Scope of Services for clarification on service type definitions.

Respondents must provide rates as mean averages per unit of measure and cannot express pricing as ranges, include qualifying notes, propose alternate unit types, or leave any unit rate fields blank. The City of Detroit reserves the right to deem submissions with these deficiencies as incomplete and non-responsive. Additionally, the City reserves the right to request clarification on any submitted unit rate within twenty-four hours, requiring respondent response within that timeframe. Submission of the Professional Rate Schedule does not constitute acceptance by the City of Detroit of the proposed unit rates.
