About this file

This Statement of Work (SOW) details the requirements for a custom 7'x12' beverage trailer for the 412th Force Support Squadron at Edwards Air Force Base. The comprehensive specification covers trailer construction, including a Torflex chassis, aluminum exterior, interior build-out with specific flooring and insulation, plumbing system with PEX piping and water tanks, electrical system with 125 Amp breaker box, and various equipment such as refrigerators, ice maker, generator, and mini-split A/C.

Key requirements include California code compliance, specific technical specifications for components, delivery to Edwards AFB by September 18, 2025, on-site training for personnel, and a 5-year warranty. The evaluation criteria for quotes are equally weighted across price, technical acceptability (including CAD drawing and past performance), and warranty. Payment will be made via Free On Board (FOB) destination shipments, with the contractor responsible for shipping claims and prompt payment contingent on goods acceptance.
