About this file
This is an industry day questionnaire and special notice for an upcoming Expeditionary Contingency Medical Material (ECMM) Services requirement. The questionnaire seeks information from potential contractors about their understanding of the ECMM program, critical success factors, staffing approaches, and solutions for challenges like recruiting/retaining personnel with TS clearances, particularly Medical Material Specialists and Biomedical Maintenance Equipment Technicians in high-cost and remote locations.
The industry day will be held December 17-18, 2024, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland. Registration deadline is December 6, 2024, at 3:00 PM CST, with companies limited to 3 attendees. The event includes facility tours, overview briefings, and one-on-one sessions with government representatives. While currently a small business requirement, all acquisition strategies are being considered. The requirement involves multiple mission partners including USAF, USAMMA, ANG, and JANUS Project, managed by the Air Force Installation Contracting Center (AFICC) 773d Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (ESS).
