About this file
This document is a questionnaire for the City of Jackson, Michigan's Spring 2026 Street Tree Purchase & Planting contract opportunity (ENG 25-04C). The questionnaire serves as an evaluation tool for qualified organizations and firms submitting proposals for tree purchase and planting services in the City of Jackson. The document does not specify item quantities, response dates, due dates, site visits, bidders' meetings, award dates, or contract terms; however, it indicates that proposals are being solicited for spring planting activities of specified tree types throughout the city.
The questionnaire requires respondents to provide detailed information addressing company qualifications and capacity, including years of tree planting experience, staffing levels (full-time and part-time employees), on-site supervision personnel with relevant certifications, documented municipal experience with specific client references and service dates, available equipment for planting crews, and contingency plans for weather-related planting delays with protocols for tree storage and health maintenance. The document does not address pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent contractor information, funding sources, or other financial considerations, as it functions solely as a qualification and experience assessment tool rather than a complete solicitation document.
