Questions and Answers: Resurface Playground; Durbin-F1L3SM4216A002
Question: Can you clarify if the borders are going to be installed above ground or do they have to be buried?
Answer: These new borders would only be buried partially in the ground for stability. The new borders would need to at least be higher than the replacement playground surfacing (for containment purposes).
Question/Concern: If the borders are above ground, they will need to be installed with concrete footings.
Answer: Since these will not be totally above ground, we do not need concrete footings installed.
