This Request for Information from the Federal Aviation Administration seeks industry feedback on a draft statement of work for the Security System Design and Integration II contract. Interested vendors must register in the System for Award Management and sign a Document Security Notice to obtain sensitive documents detailing requirements. The follow-on contract will provide for the complete technical refresh of security systems at staffed FAA facilities, including replacement of integrated physical access control, surveillance, and perimeter intrusion detection systems. Access control solutions must meet HSPD-12 and NIST FIPS requirements and be on the GSA approved products list. All sites must integrate with the FAA's Physical Security Enterprise Management System for remote alarm monitoring and identity verification. Comments on the draft documents are requested by August 3, 2017 to aid the planned unrestricted competition for this requirement.
