In support of this requirement, the FAA requires bidders/Offerors to exercise prudent caution when handling documents containing SUI/FOUO information.

(c) A list of all subcontractors that will have access to the SUI/FOUO documents.

Term of Effectiveness.

If the company receives an award as a result of this RFI, the efforts described above shall continue throughout the entire term of contract and for what specific time thereafter as may be necessary, as determined by the Government. If not awarded a contract, the company will make every reasonable and prudent effort to destroy or render useless all SUI/FOUO documents received during the solicitation process at contract award or at the conclusion of any award protest or protest period.
